Autumn Gibson

Autumn is a supervised intern working toward licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Concordia University Irvine. She brings previous experience working in a behavioral hospital with clients experiencing addiction, psychosis, depression, and other acute mental health concerns. She also has experience working with young children, an area she finds especially rewarding.

Autumn hopes to draw from both her professional experiences and academic training as she continues developing the skills needed to support clients with a wide range of concerns. She is also working toward certification in EMDR Therapy, which will allow her to more fully support individuals who have experienced trauma. Autumn is excited to join the team at Deseret Counseling and looks forward to learning from the experience and expertise of her colleagues.

Outside of counseling, Autumn comes from a large family and especially enjoys being an aunt. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, watching movies, and staying active. She also has a love for animals and enjoys spending time with her dog.
