Morgan Hillman

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho in Public Health and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University. She brings a holistic perspective to her work, understanding how life experiences, relationships, and systemic factors shape mental and emotional well-being.

As a certified Embodiment Coach, Morgan integrates mind–body awareness into therapy, helping clients reconnect with their nervous system and internal experience in a grounded, compassionate way. She also incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches to support clients in exploring their inner parts with curiosity and self-compassion.

Morgan draws from strengths-based, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and move toward meaningful change.
