Michael Robinson
Certified Mental Health Counselor
For more than 35 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in the belief that people possess the capacity for growth, resilience, and healing, and that counseling can help uncover the insights and strengths needed to move forward.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have worked extensively with clients facing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem concerns, and a variety of life transitions. I also have experience helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as divorce, grief and loss, family conflict, relocation, and other significant life changes.
My professional training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), play therapy for children ages 4–10, and group therapy focused on grief, addiction recovery, and life skills development.
Having lived and worked in Utah County for more than three decades, I value the opportunity to serve individuals and families within the community. I am committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, develop practical solutions, and work toward their personal goals.
I look forward to helping you identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create positive change in your life.
